Work out how leads reach agents today, and rebuild that routing in a CRM the team can run.
What we did
Audited the existing CRM, traced how each portal lead is assigned, and built the new fields, project and listing records as code.
The result
Portal leads can move to the new CRM through a settings change at each portal, with no custom integration to build.
